1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to every visit to the RestWell website and to every order placed through it. RestWell operates this online store and is powered by Shopify. By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Information
We do our best to display our products, prices and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Obvious mistakes or errors in product information or prices are not binding for RestWell.
Our products are intended to support comfort and general well-being. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, please consult a doctor before use.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders and Agreement
An agreement is concluded as soon as you complete your order and receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or if a product is no longer available. In that case, we will inform you and refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made at checkout through the payment methods offered on our website. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your order will be processed once payment has been received.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 5–8 business days after it has been processed. Delivery times are estimates. More information can be found in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the products have been delivered to you.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. RestWell extends this to a 30-day return period. The costs of returning the products are at your expense. The full conditions and the return process are described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Warranty and Complaints
Our products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer. If a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us at ismailkarabulutzakelijk@gmail.com. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Liability
RestWell is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products or from failure to follow the instructions for use. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and designs, is the property of RestWell or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information with care. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and use your data.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
